摘 要:目的综合分析细胞遗传学改变在恶性血液病(malign blood system diseas)诊断与预后中的意义,为治疗恶性血液病患者提供科学的数据参考。方法选取在该院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的恶性血液病患者临床资料43例作为研究对象,采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析43例恶性血液病患者的染色体改变情况。结果慢性骨髓增生性疾病的CNL频率<10%,慢性骨髓增生性疾病CEL频率在1%~2%,慢性骨髓增生性疾病的细胞遗传学PV频率<15%,慢性骨髓增生性疾病的细胞遗传学CIMF频率小于35%,慢性骨髓增生性疾病的细胞遗传学ET频率<5%,慢性骨髓增生性疾病的细胞遗传学异常及其频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MDS的CMML频率在20%~40%,MDS的CMML-E频率在1%~2%,MDS/MPD的a CML频率>80%,MDS的IMML频率在30%~40%,MDS(骨髓增生异常综合征)/MPD(骨髓增生性疾病)的染色体异常以及频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性血液病患者的细胞遗传学改变是诊断分型的重要标志。Objective To analyze the significance of cytogenetic changes in blood system diseas malign diagnosis and prognosis,and to provide scientific data for the treatment of malignant hematological diseases. Methods The selected in43 cases of our hospital in February 2015 to February 2016 rom malignant blood disease in patients with clinical data as the research object,the SPSS 20.0 statistical software were statistically analyzed 43 cases of patients with malignant hematopathy chromosome changes. Results CNL frequency of chronic myeloproliferative diseases is less than 10%,chronic myeloproliferative disease frequency in CEL 1%~2%,the PV frequency of cytogenetics of chronic myeloproliferative diseases is less than 15% CIMF,the frequency of cytogenetic chronic myeloproliferative diseases less than 35%ET,the frequency of cytogenetic chronic myeloproliferative disease is less than 5%,the genetics of chronic bone marrow proliferative disease of abnormal cells and the frequency difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05); MDS CMML 20%~40% MDS CMML-E in frequency,frequency 1%~2%,a CML frequency of MDS/MPD is greater than 80%MDS,the frequency of IMML in 30%~40%,MDS(myelodysplastic syndrome(/MPD) myeloproliferative disease) were statistically significant chromosome abnormalities and frequency difference(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The cytogenetic changes in patients with malignant hematological diseases are important markers for the diagnosis.
