散瞳合剂预防白内障术中虹膜松弛综合征的作用

摘　　要：目的观察散瞳合剂预防白内障术中虹膜松弛综合征的作用。方法回顾性分析行白内障超声乳化手术87例,其中A组46例(59眼);B组41例(52眼)。两组术前分别应用散瞳合剂及托吡卡胺散瞳。观察两组术中出现虹膜松弛综合征的情况。结果 A组术中出现虹膜松弛综合征2眼,占3.39%;B组术中出现虹膜松弛综合征16眼,占30.77%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论散瞳合剂应用于白内障术前散瞳可明显减小白内障术中虹膜松弛综合征发生。Objective To observe the curative effect of mydriatic mixture preventing intraoperative floppy iris syndrome（ IFIS） in cataract surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis,Group A 46 cases（ 59eyes） in group A received mydriatic mixture 41 cases（ 52 eyes） in group B received tropicamide after 30 min before phacoemulsification. Both of them were associated with the use of α-11 adrenergic antagonist for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy. Results The IFIS occurred in 2 eyes（ 3. 39%） in group A and 16 eyes（ 30. 77%） in group B,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The ratio of IFIS declined markedly by applying mydriatic mixture without obvious complication. Conclusion Mydriatic mixture can be applied in patients to lower the occurence of IFIS during cataract surgery.
