民办高校学生创业认识分析

摘　　要：对东、中、西8省市24 373名民办高校学生的调查发现:半数以上民办高校学生具有创业意向,但受性别、家庭、学校等因素影响,民办高校学生创业信心略显不足,创业知识技能较为缺乏。难以获得启动资金、担忧市场与经济带来的创业风险以及对政府扶持政策了解不到位等,是当前民办高校学生面临的主要问题。建议民办高校注重提高学生的创业信心和知识能力水平,持续深化创新创业教育改革;各级政府在完善创业扶持政策的同时,重视政策宣传普及工作,提高民办高校学生对创业扶持政策的认识。By investigating 24 373 students in private universities from eight provinces and municipalities in the east, middle and west of China, the result has showed as follows. Half of the students investigated had inclinations to start businesses, but most of them are influenced by the factors such as gender, family and schools with the lack of the entrepreneurial confidence, knowledge and skills on business. Moreover, the main obstacles for students to start their business are the difficulties to get the start -up fund, risks possibly caused by market and economy, and unfamiliarity with government policies and so on. Based on the above analysis, some suggestions are proposed： private universities should pay more attention to strength students＇ confidence and enrich their knowledge on business start -ups, and continue to reform the innovation and entrepreneurship education; and the governments should attach importance to the policy popularization and increase students＇recognition on supporting policies while perfecting the entrepreneurial supporting policies.
