摘 要:目的构建一套满足我国远洋卫勤保障任务及需求的护理人员培训知识体系。方法采用文献分析法、专家访谈法和德尔菲法建立指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重系数。结果专家权威系数为0.835,形成包括4个一级指标、13个二级指标和56个三级指标的我国护理人员参与远洋卫勤保障任务的培训知识体系,各条目协调系数为0.296~0.423,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专家意见集中,结果可信,可为参与远洋卫勤保障任务的护理人员培训、考核提供量化的参考依据。Objective To establish a training system for nurses which meets the ocean medical support mission and demands. Methods The index system was established through literature analysis, experts interviews and Delphi. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine index weight at all levels. Results The expert's authority coefficients was 0.835, and the training system for nurses in China based on the ocean medical support was com- posed by 4 first level indicators, 13 second level indicators, and 56 third level indicators. The coordination coeffi- cients of indicators were from 0.296 to 0.423, respectively, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion There is a high level of authoritative and better coordination, which can provide an objective and quantitative standards for the training of nurse at sea in China.
