摘　　要：以某家具企业电脑裁板锯作业为研究对象,对作业的基本操作单元进行了划分,分析了影响基本操作单元时间的主要因素,并运用秒表测时法对电脑裁板锯的上料、锯切和退料时间进行了测定,最后建立了板材重量与上料时间,锯切长度与锯切时间、退料距离与退料时间的关系模型,以期为板式家具企业进行工时研究提供参考依据。This paper takes the computer panel saw operation of panel furniture enterprises as the research object, the authors have classified the basic operation unit, analyze the main factors affecting the basic operation unit time, and determine the loading time, cutting time and returning time of computer panel saw by using the stopwatch timing method. Finally, they have established relation model of panel weight and loading time, cutting length and cutting time, returning distance and returning time, so as to provide references for the research work time of panel furniture enterprises.
