博士研究生中期考核的国策嬗变、实施现状与改革建议

摘　　要：对博士研究生进行中期考核是博士教育质量的一项重要保证。虽然我国国务院学位委员会和教育部等中央政府部委印发的多份文件一再强调博士培养单位要对博士研究生进行中期考核,但是至今仍有许多博士培养单位尚未对博士研究生进行中期考核。目前我国博士研究生中期考核普遍存在亟需高度重视并切实解决的六大问题——考核多数走过场、考核模式太多样、考核内容不合理、考核标准不量化、考核通过无差额、考核结果不公示。对此一一提出改革建议。The doctoral students＂ qualifying examination is an important measure of Doctoral education＇squality assurance. Ahhoughthe Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, the Ministry of Education, and other Ministries and Committees of Chinese central government has made many policy documents that highlighting colleges and institutes need to implement doctoral students＂ qualifying examination, but many colleges and institutes still not do it till now. Chinese doctoral students＂ qualifying examinations have eight big current situations and six important problems that need pay high attention to and solve as soon as possible. Reforming suggestions were given.
