摘　　要：本文利用DEA方法对12家国际大型石油公司2008—2012年的效率进行测算,结果显示发达国家石油公司技术效率高于发展中国家石油公司,石油公司的技术效率主要受到纯技术效率的影响;DEA-Malmquist指数的测算显示国际大型石油公司的全要素生产率近年呈现先升后降的趋势,导致全要素生产率下降的主要原因是技术效率的下降,即企业经营管理水平没有提升;DEA-Tobit模型的实证结果表明公司规模、股权结构、跨国程度、技术投入与公司效率存在显著关系。Based on the data from 2008 to 2012 of 12 major international oil companies,this paper uses DEA method to measure the efficiency of them. It is found that the technical efficiency of oil companies in developed countries are higher than that in developing countries, and technical efficiency of oil companies is mainly influenced by pure technical efficiency ;DEA-Malmquist index shows TFP of large international oil companies first increased and then decreased in recent years, and the TFP decrease was primarily due to the decline of technical efficiency, which means enterprise management did not improve ; the empirical results of DEA-Tobit model show a significant relationship among the efficiency of oil companies ,company size ,ownership structure ,transnational degree and technical inputs.
