多层螺旋CT在鼻底埋伏牙定位的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨多层螺旋CT在鼻底埋伏牙的定位作用。方法 :2011-08—2016-03期间,共收治鼻底埋伏牙38例,拔除埋伏牙54颗,术前用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)精准定位,术中参照局部解剖标志进行核对准确性。结果:全部病例经术前螺旋定位,均顺利拔除埋伏牙,术后恢复良好,无相关并发症发生。结论:多层螺旋CT对鼻底埋伏牙的定位准确,术前与术中判断完全一致。Objective： To review the role of multislice spiral CT（MSCT）in the diagnosis and treatment of impacted teeth.Methods： 38 patients with 54 impacted teeth located at nasal floor examined by MSCT from August 2011 to March 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. Result： MSCT examination determined the location of impacted teeth accurately. Extraction operation of all the impacted teeth were completed uneventful. Conclusion： MSCT may be used as a new approach in exodontia practice.
