摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染(Hp)是否会对胃镜下胃黏膜剥离(ESD)后医源性溃疡的愈合产生影响。方法:选取在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院消化内科住院期间行胃ESD术的55例患者,根据其是否有幽门螺旋杆菌感染分为Hp阳性组和Hp阴性组,分别比较两组在术后4周、术后6周的溃疡直径及溃疡愈合率,采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件包进行统计分析。结果:术后4周Hp阴性组溃疡直径和溃疡愈合率优于Hp阳性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6周Hp阴性组溃疡直径和溃疡愈合率优于Hp阳性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺旋杆菌感染是胃黏膜剥离术后人造医源性溃疡愈合的重要影响因素。Objective：To investigate whether Helicobacter pylori infection（Hp）will affect the healing of artificial iatrogenic ulcer after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）.Methods：Fifty-five patients undergoing gastric ESD were divided into Hp positive group and Hp negative group according to whether they had Hp infection. The ulcer diameter and ulcer healing rate were compared between the two groups at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after operation. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 statistical software package.Results：The ulcer diameter and ulcer healing rate of Hp negative group were significantly higher than those of Hp positive group at 4 weeks after operation（P〈0.05）.The ulcer diameter and ulcer healing rate were significantly higher in Hp negative group than in Hp positive group at 6 weeks after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Hp infection is an important factor affecting the healing of artificial iatrogenic ulcer after dissection of gastric ESD.
