朊蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的：检测朊蛋白（Pr Pc）在鼻咽癌组织中表达情况并分析结果与相应临床参数的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化法检测Pr Pc在鼻咽癌及鼻咽部炎症组织表达差异,并分析其在鼻咽癌不同分化程度、年龄、性别、TNM分期等临床病例资料之间的关系。结果：Pr Pc在鼻咽癌组织中的表达率为30.0%（18/60）,鼻咽部炎症组织表达率为8.3%（2/24）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.436 P〈0.05）。在鼻咽癌TNM分期中阳性率随分化程度下降而升高（P〈0.05）。在TNM分期中朊蛋白在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期中表达率随分化程度降低而明显升高（P〈0.05）,但在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期间的差异则无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而在Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期和Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期的总体表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Pr Pc在有无淋巴结转移,患者性别、年龄之间表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：Pr Pc在鼻咽癌中高表达与鼻咽癌的临床分期、组织分化密切相关,能为鼻咽癌早期诊治提供帮助。Objective：To examine Prion protein（PrP^c） expression and its clinical significance in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and analyze the results with the corresponding correlation between clinical parameters.Methods：Expression of Pr Pc in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and Nasopharyngeal inflammation was detected by Immunohistochemistry. The association between the Different degree of differentiation age,TNM clinical stages was evaluated.Results：The expression of prion protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 30%（18/60）, The expression of prion protein in Nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissue was 8.3%（2/24） there was a significant difference（χ^2=4.436 P〈0.05）. TNM staging of prion protein in nasopharyngeal positive rate of decline increased with the degree of differentiation（P〈0.05）. Pr Pcexpression of stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ was up-regulated with the decreased differentiation（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in Pr Pcexpression between stage Ⅲand Ⅳ（P〈0.05）.Between stages Ⅰ＋ Ⅱ and Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ in the overa II expression of Pr Pc,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Prion protein in the presence of lymph node metastasis, expression differences between patient age was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Condusions：Prion protein is highly expressed in NPC. NPC differentiation is closely related to the clinical stage, the organization is expected to provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment become nasopharyngeal.
