摘　　要：目的改进妇月康胶囊的薄层鉴别方法。方法使用石油醚代替原检测标准中提取及展开剂所使用的有毒试剂苯,对妇月康胶囊中的阿魏酸进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果所有妇月康胶囊样品均能检测出阿魏酸对照品特征性斑点,斑点清晰,易于检测。结论改进后的方法操作简便、安全、专属性强,可用于新的妇月康胶囊薄层鉴别标准的制定。Objective To improve identification method of Fuyuekang capsule by thin layer chromatography （TLC） . Methods Petroleum ether was taken to replace benzene used in the original test standard extraction and development agent. Results The distinct Ferulic acid characteristic spots were easily to be detected in all Fuyuekang capsule samples by using the new method. Conclusion This improved method was simple and safe, has strong specificity, and it could be used as the new identification method of Fuyuekang capsule.
