摘 要:互文理论原指各文本间存在的一种隐在关系,是文本理论发展中一种重要的识见。后引申、拓展为不同类型的艺术形式之间存在的复杂关联。20世纪90年代以来,在视觉文化转向的语境中,语图互文关系成为人们关注的焦点。纵观语图关系发展史,厚此薄彼者居多,不能辩证地评价各自作用。古代语言压制图像,当代图像超越语言,两者对立而不相融。共同体理论指出,各组成因素只有彼此和谐、融为一体才能促进共同体生长与繁荣。新近兴起的跨媒介艺术在融合语图因素方面迈出了可喜的一步,MTV、电视诗歌散文、超文本文学等语图共同体艺术,值得关注与期待。The original intertextuality referred to the covered relations between different texts, which is an important concept of literary text theories. Later it was expanded to indicate the complex relations between different arts. Since 1990s, the intertextual relation between language and image has been becoming the focus in visual culture turning. With a comprehensive analysis of the history of the development of the relation between language and iraage, we can find that in most cases, people tend to make fish of one and flesh of another, unable to estimate their respective values dialectically. In the past, the language suppressed the image while at present the image surpassed the language, with the two contradicting, not integrating. The community theory claims that it will not bloom until every factors of a community harmonize with each other. The recent Multimedia arts which syncretize language, image, and music have made a compelling advance in language and image study, and thus it deserves our full attention to MTV, video prose, hypertext literature and so on.
