鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月在江苏省肿瘤医院治疗的60例晚期NSCLC患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合含铂两药方案化疗,对照组采用单纯含铂两药方案化疗。比较两组患者的近期疗效、毒副反应、生活质量及免疫指标的变化情况。结果试验组总有效率为10.00%,对照组总有效率为16.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨髓抑制及肝肾功能损害等毒副反应比较,试验组小于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后的CD3、CD4、CD8和CD4/CD8变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC可在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 60 patients with terminal NSCLC treated in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from January of 2013 to June of 2015 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the random number table, and each group consisted of 30 cases. The treatment group was administrated with Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy, while the control group was given the platinum-based doublet chemotherapy only. Then the comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of the short-time efficacy, adverse effects, living quality and changes of immune indexes. Results The total response rate of the treatment group （10%） was not significantly different from that of the control group （16.675） （P〉0. 05）. The adverse effects such as myelosuppression and functional Iesion of Iiver and kidney in the experiment group were less than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The living quality of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment （P〈0. 05）. There were no significant changes in CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 between before and after treatment respectively in both groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Brueea Javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy could improve patients＇ living quality to a certain extent in the treatment of terminal NSCLC.
