细胞周期素E与转录因子在子宫内膜癌的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测细胞周期素E(Cyclin E)与转录因子(Twist)在子宫内膜癌的表达,并探讨Cyclin E与Twist在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜癌中Cyclin E和Twist的表达情况,并用半定量方法对镜下的阳性细胞百分比以及染色强度给予评分。结果 Cyclin E在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率(71.25%)明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(6.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Twist在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率(77.50%)明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在子宫内膜癌中,Cyclin E和Twist的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin E及Twist在子宫内膜癌中高表达,二者在子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程中存在一定联系。Objective To detect the expressions of Cyclin E and Twist in endometrial carcinoma and investigate the relationship between Cyclin E and Twist in the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Cyclin E and Twist in endometrial carcinoma were detected by the immunohistochemical method, and the percentage of positive cells and the intensity of staining were scored by the semi-quantitative method. Results The positive expression rate of Cyclin E in endometrial carcinoma （71.25%） was significantly higher than that in normal endometriura （6.00%） （P〈0. 001）, and the positive expression rate of Twist in endometrial carcinoma （77.50%） was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium （10.00%） （P〈0. 001）. The expressions of Cyclin E and Twist were positively correlated in endometrial carcinoma （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of Cyclin E and Twist are very high in endometrial carcinoma, and there is a certain correlation between the expressions of Cyclin E and Twist in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
