方丝弓技术在正颌术前后的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的对利用方丝弓矫治器对正颌术前后正畸治疗的牙颌面畸形病例进行疗效分析,为临床工作提供参考。方法采用方丝弓技术,对本组所有均来自南昌大学附属口腔医院正畸科的牙颌面畸形的27例患者(其中男11例,女16例;年龄最大29岁,最小16岁4个月,平均年龄22岁6个月。)进行正颌术前后的正畸治疗。结果患者中术前正畸疗程4-15个月,平均10个月,术后正畸时间3-10个月,平均7个月,全部疗程12-25个月,平均20个月。术前正畸去代偿效果明显,术后咬合关系恢复良好,侧貌改善明显,患者满意。结论方丝弓矫治器可有效地应用于正颌外科术前后的正畸治疗。Objective To analyze the orthodontic treatment on pre-and post-operation with edgewise appliance ,and provide reference for clinical work. Methods All the patients were from the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University of pre-and post-operation treated with edgewise appliance were analyzed. The patients were aged from 16 years 4 months to 29 years ,averge 22 years 6months. Among them, 11 were males while the other 16 were females. Results The duration of orthodontic treatment of pre-and post- surgical operation was 4-15 months （mean 10 months） and 3-10 months （mean 7months） respectively, totally active treatment was 12-25 months （mean 20 months）. The effect of preoperative orthodontic compensation is obvious ,and the results achieved at good ocelusal relation and vertical facial type. The patients all satisfied with the obvious improvement of fa- cial type. Conclusion Edgewise appliance can be used effectively in the orthodontic treatment of pre-and post-surgical operation.
