摘  要:不少微量元素是人体正常生理功能必需的营养要素,人体缺乏会引起严重的疾病。用有益微生物作为生物载体,富集微量元素,将无机态转化成人体能够吸收利用的有机态,人们进行了大量研究,并试验研发功能性保健食品和药品。以前期进行的工作和查阅大量的相关资料,对国内现在的研发概况和对今后开发的愿景作一简要的概述,以期与同行学者研究交流。Many trace elements are indispensible to the normal physiological function of the human body. Nevertheless, lacking of those elements can cause serious diseases. If the beneficial microorganism is served as bio- logical carrier, the trace elements will be enriched and the state of it will be transformed from inorganic state in- to organic state which will enable the body to absorb it. Therefore, there has been a lot of research and develop- ment in testing of functional health food and medicine. Based on the author's research team's works and access to a large number of relevant information, in this article, a brief overview was given about the current research and development situation and the vision for the future development in China, with a view to the exchange of peer scholar.
