摘　　要：本文分析高校辅导员工作现状与问题,认为辅导员的角色定位应当是学生的领导者,并以学生领导者定位为基础,从其承担学生实际的管理任务入手,进而对其培训科目以及培训方式进行探讨。This paper analyzes the status and problems of college counselors, the role of counselors should be student leaders, it is based on the orientation of student leaders, starting from the responsibility of students ＇ actual management tasks, then discussing the training courses and training methods.
