丁苯酞治疗轻度认知功能障碍的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究丁苯酞在轻度认知功能障碍中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年6月-2017年1月笔者所在科室接诊的轻度认知功能障碍患者74例,采取投掷子的方式,将所选患者随机均分为对照组和试验组,对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片联合胞二磷胆碱治疗,试验组在此基础上加用丁苯酞治疗。观察两组治疗前后认知功能的改善情况,以及P300电位等指标。结果:试验组治疗后1个月及3个月的Mo CA评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组P300电位潜伏期和波幅的变化情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极对轻度认知功能障碍患者施以丁苯酞治疗,有助于改善其脑电活动和认知功能,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To study the application of Butyphthalide in mild cognitive impairment.Method： From June 2015 to January 2017 in the authors department, 74 cases with mild cognitive dysfunction for clinical reception were selected, according to the method of throwing dice, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined Cytidine Diphosphate Choline treatment, on the basis of the control group, the experimental group was given Butyphthalide.The improvement of cognitive function and the P300 potential before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result： The MoCA scores of the experimental group were significantly higher after the treatment of 1 month and 3 months, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The variation of P300 potential and wave amplitude of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Using the Butyphthalide to treat the patients with mild cognitive impairment actively, is helpful to improve the brain electrical activity and cognitive function.It is worth of clinical reference.
