摘 要:采用喷砂处理切削刀具的刃口获得不同的刃口形貌,采用光学显微镜检测切削过程中刀具刃口磨损状况,采用SEM检测喷砂前后刀具的表面质量,采用工具显微镜测量喷砂后的刃口形貌。在喷枪高度为90、110、120 mm时,分别制备形状因子K值小于1,K值大于1的刃口形貌,在实验中当切削速度为180 m/min,进给量为0.2 mm/r,切削深度为1 mm时,刀具失效时间分别为7 min30 s、10 min50 s、10 min32 s。实验结果表明,在喷枪高度为110~120 mm时,喷砂处理后的刀具使用寿命较好。Three cutting edge morphologys were prepared different with the method of sand blasting, microscope was used to detect the wear of the cutting edge in the cutting process. The surface quality of the blade was detected by SEM before and after blasting, the cutting edge was measured by tool microscope. By adjusting the gun height 90 , 110 and 120 mm respectively to prepare different the shape factor K, less than 1 and greater than 1 respectively, when the cutting speed for is 180 mm/min, feeding rate is 0. 2 mm/r, cutting depth is 1 mm, the cutting tool failure time is 7 min30s, 10 min50s, 10 min32s respectively. The results revealed that when gun height is 110mm, the tool services life is better with sand blasting.
