摘　　要：目的:了解肿瘤专科医院临床护士糖尿病知识掌握情况,分析存在的问题。方法:采用糖尿病知识问卷对山东省肿瘤医院111名护士进行调查。结果:糖尿病知识得分为15~28分,平均(23.22±2.70)分,其中成绩良好占21.50%。不同职称、层级、工作年限、护理糖尿病患者人数护士糖尿病知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤专科护士对糖尿病急慢性并发症相关知识掌握程度偏低,错误率为65.42%。结论:肿瘤专科医院临床护士糖尿病知识掌握程度偏低,尤其是低层级护士,需进一步加强糖尿病知识培训。Objective： To Understand the mastery level of diabetes knowledge for clinical nurses in tumor hospital.Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 111 nurses in Shandong Tumor Hospital. Results： The average score of diabetes knowledge was 23.22±2.70, and 21.5% of that was better. There was statistical significance different in various technical title, multilevel nursing,service year, and the number of diabetes patients （P〈0.05）. The mastery degree of knowledge of diabetes complication was lower, the error rate was 65.42%. Conclusion： The nurses in tumor hospital, especially junior nurses, should be trained in further specialized diabetes knowledge.
