摘　　要：目的:了解医疗机构党建工作薄弱环节,探索改进方法和途径。方法:以北京市三甲医院基层党建工作的实践探索为基础,采用文献分析法、社会调研法和实证分析法,对医疗机构党建工作薄弱环节进行调研,并选取重点问题进行有针对性地分析和研究。结果:医疗机构党建工作存在"重行政、轻党务"、党支部功能定位不清、党小组发挥作用不够、党员纪律意识淡化等薄弱环节。结论:可以通过"选好配强"党支部书记及党务干部、明确党支部功能定位打造服务型党组织、支部建在学科上以充分发挥党小组作用、改进考核评价体系等方法进行完善。Objectives：To learn the weakness of party construction in hospital and find out promotion ways.Methods：Based on the experiences of primary party construction in top tertiary hospital in Beijing,the weaknesses of party construction in hospital were investigated and some key problems were discussed by literature review,social investigation and empirical analysis.Results：There are weaknesses such as paying less attention on party construction,the ambiguous of primary party organization role and poor awareness of discipline of party members in party construction.Conclusions：It is considered to strong the team of party construction,clear party organization role,building service oriented party organization,full play organization role on discipline building and complete assessment system to improve party construction.
