摘 要:目的:探讨丹参酮在细胞水平和动物体内对肝癌细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用体外抑瘤实验培养人肝癌细胞Bel-7402,通过MTT法检测其体外抑瘤率;体内实验采用肝癌H22移植瘤法,以抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾指数为指标,探讨丹参酮的抑瘤作用。结果:细胞实验表明,丹参酮在100μg/m L时抑瘤效果最佳,抑瘤率为(81.95±1.33)%。丹参酮在40、80、120 mg/kg时,对H22实体瘤的抑制率分别为29.70%、45.09%和49.13%。丹参酮在120 mg/kg时小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮对肝癌细胞在体内外均有一定的抑制作用。Objective : To study the effect of Tanshinone on hepatic carcinoma in vitro and in vivo. Methods: After being treated with Tanshinone, the inhibitory rate of Tanshinone to BEL-7402 human hepatocarcinoma cells were examined by MTT assay. The model of noumenal transplantation tumor of H22 were established, using anti-tumor rate, thymus index and spleen index to estimate the effect of tumor suppression of Tanshinone. Result: The results of cell experiment showed that the optimal concentration of Tanshinone suppressing the growth of hepatoma cells was 100 μg/mL, and the tumor inhibiting rate was (81.95 ± 1.33) %. The rate of inhibition were 29.70%, 45.09% and 49.13% respectively when the mice were administrated with Tanshinone of 40, 80 and 120 mg/kg. The thymus index and spleen index of mice in group of 120 mg/kg Tanshinone were higher than that of model group (P 〈 0.05, respectively) . Conclusion : Tanshinone could inhibit the growth of hepatocarcinoma in vitro and in vivo.
