摘 要:目的探讨品管圈在降低新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血遗漏率中的应用效果。方法收集2016年1~7月我院产科的新生儿1336例设为对照组,将2016年8~12月份我院产科的新生儿1190例设为观察组,成立品管圈组织,对产科新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血遗漏发生过程进行分析、干预、改进。对两组新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血率情况进行对比,并计算品管圈目标达成率及调查对护理服务满意度。结果对照组中有28例出现采血遗漏,采血遗漏率为2.1%,观察组中无一例出现采血遗漏,采血遗漏率为0。品管圈活动后(观察组),新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血遗漏率较品管圈活动前(对照组)明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本次活动目标达成率为100.00%。对两组进行问卷调查结果发现,观察组对护理服务的满意率明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.79,P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血过程中,能够明显降低新生儿遗传代谢病筛查采血遗漏率,保障儿童正常的体格发育和智能发育,减少了医疗纠纷,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in reducing omission rate of blood sampling in screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases. Methods 1336 neonates who were in department of obstetrics of our hospital from January 2016 to July 2016 were selected as the control group and 1190 neonates who were in department of obstetrics of our hospital from August 2016 to Decembers 2016 were selected as the observation group. Quality control circle organization was established. Omission of blood sampling in screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases in department of obstetrics was given analysis, intervention and improvement. Blood sampling rates of screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases in two groups were compared. In addition, rate of target completion was calculated and nursing satisfaction rate was surveyed. Results In the control group, 28 cases were with blood sampling omission and the omission rate of blood sampling was 2.1%. In the observation group, there was no case with blood sampling omission and the omission rate of blood sampling was 0. After quality control circle activity (the observation group), omission rate of blood sampling in screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases was significantly decreased compared with that before quality control circle activity. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Rate of target completion of this activity was 100.00%. Results of questionnaire in two groups showed that nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (X2=5.79, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of quality control circle activity in blood sampling for screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases can significantly reduce omission rate of blood sampling in screening neonatal inherited metabolic diseases, guarantee physical development and intelligence development of neonates and reduce medical disputes, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
