摘  要:目的:研究不同产地茅苍术挥发油的化学成分,并推测其主要成分的质谱裂解规律。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC毛细管柱色谱法进行分析,峰面积归一化法测定不同产地茅苍术挥发油化学成分的相对含量,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果:从茅苍术挥发油中鉴定了54个化合物,推测了茅苍术挥发油中倍半萜化合物的质谱裂解规律—侧链断裂后六元环开环。结论:本研究通过对茅苍术挥发油成分的分析及其倍半萜类化合物质谱裂解规律的总结,为其质量控制及标准制定提供科学依据。Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil extracted from different origins of Atrac- tylodes lancea, and to speculate the fragmentation rules of its main components. Method : The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC -MS, and the relative constituent content was calculated with peak area nor- malization method. The components were finally determined and identified by GC - MS and manual retrieval. Result: Fifty - four components were identified. The fragmentation rules of sesquiterpenes in the essential oil were speculated, i. e. side - chain cleavage before ring - opening. Conclusion : This study provides scientific foundation for the quality con- trol and quality standard of Atractylodes lancea by analyzing its essential oil components and speculating the fragmentation rules of sesquiterpenes.
