摘  要:压电陶瓷作为驱动器应用于弹头偏转是一种新型技术,但是压电陶瓷具有迟滞性和蠕变性,导致输出达不到理想结果,本文针对如何提高压电弹药精度,提出专家PID控制算法弥补压电陶瓷驱动器迟滞性和蠕变性,利用单片机编程,通过SIMULINK仿真系统静态性能,确定主要参数,结果表明基于专家PID控制的压电弹药系统具有高精度、响应快特性,符合弹头偏转弹药的设计要求。Piezoelectric ceramics as a driver for the Nevertheless ,the hysteresis and creep of piezoelectric deflection of the warhead is a new technology. ceramics make it impossible to reach the ideal result.Aiming at how to improve the precision of the piezoelectric ammunition,the expert PID control algorithm is proposed to compensate the hysteresis and creep of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator in this paper.Single chip is used to programmed.The key parameters is determined through simulating static performance of the system.The result shows that the piezoelectric ammunition system based on expert PID control with high precision and fast response characteristics,meets the design requirements of the warhead deflection ammunition.
