摘　　要：良好的医患沟通是建立和谐医患关系的前提,对于减少医疗纠纷、化解医患矛盾、提高医疗服务质量具有重要的意义。对Android框架和调研后的医患沟通需求进行概述,提出系统的总体架构模型并逐一阐述各主要功能模块,结合JSON技术探讨系统的技术架构模型和实现的关键技术。Good communication between doctors and patients is the premise of building harmonious relationship between them and also plays an important role on reducing medical tangle, solving medical conflicts and improving the quality of medical serv ice. In this passage, we first generally introduce Android framework and user＇s demand obtained through investigation, and then propose the overall design model of the system. After that, we explain the main functional modules one by one. Finally, the system architecture model and the key technologies are discussed combined with the technology of JSON.
