摘　　要：契约理念是以平等作为前提,以自由意志为核心,权利观念为基础,协作观念为步伐,在义务责任和诚实守信观念中稳步发展。通过在高校中引入契约理念,能够促进管理制度的正义性,又可以提升高校管理效率,保障学生权利。文章首先对契约理念的概念进行分析,再写出契约理念在高校管理中的优点,最后写出运用契约理念进行高校学生管理的基本思路。The concept of contract is based on equality,free will as the core,the concept of rights based collaboration concept as the pace of steady development in obligation and honest ideas. By introducing the concept of contract in colleges and universities,to promote the justice of the management system,but also can improve the efficiency of management of colleges and universities,students＇ rights protection firstly the concept of the concept of contract is analyzed,then write out the concept of contract in the advantages of university management,finally write the basic idea of using the concept of contract for the management of college students.
