摘  要:目的了解替牙期单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)病人下颌骨的对称性。方法选取UCLP病人20例(UCLP组)、非唇腭裂病人(CLP)20例(非CLP组),对两组均行锥形束CT(CBCT)扫描,用Mimics 17.0软件对下颌骨进行三维重建,定位标记点,对髁突长度、喙突长度、下颌角长度、下颌体中段长度、颏部长度、下颌升支高度、下颌体长度、髁突横径宽度进行测量。结果UCLP组下颌骨裂隙侧喙突长度大于非裂隙侧(t=-2.135,P<0.05),其余各项指标比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。非CLP组下颌骨左右两侧各指标测量结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替牙期UCLP病人下颌骨存在不对称性,其中裂隙侧喙突长度大于非裂隙侧,其余下颌骨结构基本对称。Objective To evaluate the mandibular asymmetry in patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate(UCLP)during the mixed dentition period. Methods Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)was performed on 20 UCLP patients(UCLP group)and 20non-CLP patients(non-CLP group).Three-dimensional reconstruction and marking of the mandible were performed using the Mimics 17.0software,and the length of the condylar,coronoid process,mandibular angle,mid-segment of mandibular body,and chin,height of the ascending mandibular ramus,and the width of the condylar were measured. Results The length of the mandibular coronoid process was significantly longer on the cleft side than on the non-cleft side in the UCLP group(t=-2.135,P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in other measurements in the UCLP group(P〉0.05).On the other hand,no significant differences in the length of the measured parameters were observed in the non-CLP group(P〉0.05).Conclusion Mandibular asymmetry is present in UCLP patients during the mixed dentition period.In particular,the length of the coronoid process is longer on the cleft side than on the non-cleft side.Nonetheless,the other mandibular structures are symmetrical in the UCLP patients.
