Abbe瓣修复双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨Abbe瓣修复双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形的临床效果。方法对16例双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形病人分两期进行手术,一期行Abbe瓣及上唇V形瓣设计转移手术,一期手术后14d行二期断蒂手术,同时修整上唇外形。结果 16例病人术后转移皮瓣均成活,鼻唇畸形改善明显。结论应用Abbe瓣可明显改善双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形,是一种可行、有效的手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Abbe＇s flap in repairing bilateral nasolabial deformities after cleft lip surgery. Methods A total of 16 patients with bilateral nasolabial deformities after cleft lip surgery underwent a twostage surgery.In the first stage,Abbe＇s flap and the V-shaped flap of upper lip were designed and transferred to repair the cleft lip.In the second stage,the pedicel of Abbe＇s flip was cut off at 14 days after the first stage,and the shape of the upper lip was trimmed. Results All patients had survived flaps and marked improvements in nasolabial deformities. Conclusion The application of Abbe＇s flap can significantly improve bilateral nasolabial deformities after cleft lip surgery,and it is a feasible and effective surgical procedure.
