摘  要:采用VOF模型对罐车转向时有纵板和无纵板罐体油液晃动进行了数值模拟,对影响罐车稳定的侧倾力矩的因素和大小进行分析。分析结果表明,无纵板罐体内油液对罐壁的作用延迟,瞬时冲击力大,与此同时油液晃动剧烈,导致其质心抬高,造成车辆瞬时侧向冲击力矩巨大;而有纵板时,纵板抑制油液晃动,抑制油液的冲击响应迅速,对罐体的最大侧向冲击力小,质心低,所以车辆侧倾力矩小。The oil liquid sloshing of longitudinal and non-vertical tank bodie in tuinning process of tank was simulated based on VOF model. The factors and factors influencing the stability of the tanker were an- alyzed. The results showed that the oil in the tank without vertical plate has delayed effect on the tank body, the instantaneous impact force is great, the oil sloshing is intense, and the oil shakes violently, resul- ting in its mass center elevated, which caused the instantaneous lateral impact moment of great. However oil in the tank with vertical plate can suppress the oil shaking, inhibition of oil shock responses rapidly, the maximum lateral impact on the tank is small, and the maximum lateral impact force is small, so the roll moment of tank is small.
