摘  要:实验考查了高湿热环境下体育锻炼对人体汗液中矿物盐流失的影响。试验结果表明,在高湿热环境下进行10天左右的体育锻炼能明显提高了人体热负荷的耐受能力(热习服)。汗液中矿物盐元素只有锌的浓度增加了12.2%,其它元素在汗液中浓度均呈下降变化,其中K降低了27.6%,Na降低了36.7%,Ca降低了28.6%、Mg降低了42.8%,Cu降低29.9%、Fe降低12.1%。热习服后可以大大减少汗液中矿物元素的流失。The effects of physical exercise on the loss of mineral salts in human sweat were investigated. Test results show that in the hot and humid environment for about 10 days of physical exercise can significantly improve the human body heat load tolerance (thermal suit). The concentration of zinc in sweat was increased of 12.2%, and the concentration of other elements decreased in sweat. The decrease of K was 27.6%, Na decreased by 36.7%, Ca decreased by 28.6%, Mg decreased by 42.8%, Cu decreased by 29.9% and Fe decreased by 12.1%. Hot acclimation can greatly reduce the loss of mineral elements in sweat.
