经管类本科专业实验教学的现状与改进

摘　　要：实验教学作为专业课程教学的重要组成部分,在培养创新性人才中发挥着举足轻重的作用。通过对正在运行的山东农业大学经济管理本科专业实验教学体系进行总结分析,发现其运行过程中出现的偏差,探究出导致偏差的原因:实验教学中存在重形式轻实质、缺乏全能型的优秀实验教师和实验教学考核方式不合理等问题。在此基础上,提出纠正措施:取消根本没有关联或者关联度很差的硬性组合在一起的所谓综合实验、加大力度打造能够融合多课程知识为一体的真正意义的综合实验,内培外引选择合格的实验教师,并对实验内容和质量进行更深层次的考核。As an important part of professional course teaching,experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating creative talents. This paper analyzes the experimental teaching system of undergraduate course of economic management in Shandong Agricultural University,finds the deviation appeared in the process of operation and explores the causes of the deviation: pay much attentions in substance than form; the lack of all-round excellent experimental teachers and unreasonable assessment methods,etc. On this basis,puts forward the corrective measures; firstly,get rid of the so-called comprehensive experiment which no association or correlation is very poor; secondly,creates a real sense comprehensive experiment which integrate multiple curriculum knowledge into a whole; furthermore,through internal training and external introduction way to select qualified experimental teacher;lastly,carries on deeper assessment to the experiment content and quality.
