摘　　要：本文基于物理-事理-人理(WSR)方法论,研究大型企业安全生产管控问题。首先结合目前国内外针对大型企业安全生产风险管控研究现状及WSR方法论的特点,分析了WSR方法论对于解决我国大型企业安全生产风险管控问题的适用性;然后从物理、事理、人理3个维度对大型企业安全生产风险关键要素进行了阐述;最后从顶层策划、企业实际做法两个角度为如何提高大型企业安全生产风险管控水平给出了建议。Based on the Wuli-shili-renli methodology, work safety management and control of large enterprises is researched in this paper. Firstly, combining with current domestic and foreign research status of work safety risk management and control of large enterprises and the characteristics of the WSR methodology, the advantages of WSR methodology to solve problems of the wok safety management and control of large enterprises are analyzed. Then from the three dimensions of wuli, shili and renli, the key work safety risk factors of large enterprises are expounded. Finally. The suggestions to improve the level of work safety risk management and control for large enterprises is proposed from the tw-o hierarchies, both top level planning and the actual practice.
