摘　　要：地方高校在培养化学化工类专业应用人才方面应加强培养力度,认真分析人才培养的模式,有效转变高校化学化工类专业人才的培养结构。要想从根本上转变化学化工类专业人才的培养方式,应从课程的结构设置、教学科研的过程以及实训的改革等方面进行改革,全面拓宽人才体系的培养结构,实现现代教育的使命。Local colleges should strengthen the training in cultivating chemical specialty talents, carefully analyze the mode of personnel training, and effectively transform the cultivation structure of chemical talents in colleges. In order to fundamentally change the cultivation of chemical professionals, it should be reformed from the curriculum structure, teaching and research process and training reform and other aspects, comprehensively expand the talent system training structure and achieve the mission of modem education.
