摘　　要：文秘培养主要依靠学校,高职高专虽然重实践重技能,但目前企业对人才仍要求学历,而高等教育重理论轻实践,在实践技能上又有所欠缺,这就将文秘专业的高校毕业生置于尴尬的就业境地。本文从培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、师资队伍、教学方法等方面对高校文秘教育中存在的问题进行系统梳理,探索在培养学生过程中可以解决上述问题的方法。The cultivation of secretary mainly depends on the school. Although the vocational colleges pay attention on practical skills, while the enterprises still require the qualifications of the talents, and the theory of higher education is lacking in practical skills, which places college graduates in an embarrassing employment situation. This paper systematically combs the problems existing in the education of the majors in colleges from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum system, teaching contents,teaching staff and teaching methods, and explores the methods that can solve the above problems in the process of cultivating students.
