摘　　要：上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院为进一步传承与发扬沪上名医各流派的特色,对中医流派传承工作进行了实践探索,自成立流派传承中心以来,先后遴选了4批流派继承人对各流派的传人进行了学术思想与临床经验的整理总结,持续改进传承模式与管理机制,为充分发挥祖国传统中医药的特色疗效优势,深入挖掘海派中医各流派的文化底蕴,形成人才储备,促进医院流派传承内涵建设工作可持续发展提供借鉴参考。It has been practical exploration to improve inheritance and promotion of Shanghai renowned schools of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） in Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since the foundation of Inheritance center,there have been promoted on inheritance modes and management mechanism,fully demonstrating advantages of treatment characteristics in TCM to find out culture potentials and talents storage for various schools of Shanghai overseas TCM. Thus,this study would provide references for hospitals in continuous development to the schools-inheritanceconnotation construction.
