摘  要:目的:观察曲古抑菌素A(TSA)对牙周炎大鼠牙槽骨丧失的影响。方法:选用30只6月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为3组,分为空白对照组(A组)、牙周炎对照组(B组)、曲古抑菌素A治疗组(C组)。C组在牙周炎大鼠模型造模期间给予曲古抑菌素A灌胃,B组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。灌胃给药6周后处死大鼠,测量双侧上颌第一磨牙牙周探诊深度(PD),并在光学显微镜下观察测量釉牙骨质界到牙槽嵴顶的距离。结果:牙周炎对照组及曲古抑菌素A治疗组大鼠牙槽骨均有不同程度的吸收,曲古抑菌素A治疗组大鼠牙周组织炎症反应明显较牙周炎对照组轻,牙槽骨吸收量较小。结论:曲古抑菌素A可在一定程度上拮抗牙周炎牙槽骨丧失。Objective:To evaluate the effects of trichostatin A on the alveolar bone loss in experimental periodontitis in rats. Methods : A total of 30 female SD rats were randomly allocated to three groups according to the treatments during 6 weeks that were normal control group( group A), periodontitis group (group B), trichostatin A group (group C)for each group with 10 rats. The experimental model of periodontitis was induced by ligating floss around mandibular first molars with ortho- dontic wires in group B and C. Rats from each group were sacrificed 6 weeks after the treatment of trichostatin A. The probing depth (PD)and alveolar bone level were observed. Results:The values of PD were significantly lower after 6 weeks in group C than group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The alveolar bone loss was significantly lower after 6 weeks in group C compared with that of B ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Trichostatin A can partially inhibit the alveolar bone loss induced by periodontitis.
