摘 要:目的采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)研究藏药塞北紫堇提取物中的脂溶性化学成分.方法选用乙醇冷浸法提取.提取物经酸溶解,调节至碱性后用石油醚萃取,浓缩后得塞北紫堇脂溶性成分.经GC-MS联用技术对脂溶性成分进行分析鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各脂溶性成分的含量.结果共鉴定出38个挥发性成分,化合物类型为甾醇类、甾酮类、多不饱和脂肪酸类、脂肪酸酯类、有机胺类、酰胺类及含氧杂环类化合物.结论塞北紫堇提取物脂溶性主要成分为棕榈酸,棕榈酸乙酯,9,12,15-十八烷三烯酸甲酯,二十烷,亚油酸乙酯,二氢猕猴桃内酯,6,7-二甲氧基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮,亚油酸甲酯,9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸,十七烷酸-14-甲基-甲酯,豆甾-7-烯-3-醇.实验结果为了解塞北紫堇的物质基础和进一步开发研究提供了一定的科学依据.Objective Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to study the lipophilie chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Corydalis impatiens extractum. Method Selection of ethanol cold leaching method. The extract is acid-dissolved, transferred to alkaline and extracted with petroleum ether. GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the fat-soluble components. The content of each liposoluble component was calculated by chromatographic peak area normalization method. Result A total of 38 volatile components were identified. The compounds were sterols, steroids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, fatty acid esters, organic amines, amides and oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds. Conclusion The main components of the extract of Corydalis impatiens were palmitic acid, ethyl palmitate, 9,1Z, 15- octadecatrienoic acid methyl ester, eicosane, ethyl linoleate, dihydro kiwi lactone, 6,7-dimethoxy-1 (3H) - isobenzofuranone, methyl linoleate, 9,12,15 - octadecatrienoic acid, heptadecanoic acid - 14 - methyl-ester, Stigmose-7-ene-3-ol. The results would provide important foundation for understanding the constituents and further exploitation of Corydalis impatiens.
