八一南昌起义与中共党军关系的演进

摘　　要：八一南昌起义开始了中国共产党对军事、军队领导的两个转变。前者,第一次将军事斗争上升到宣示和实行中共政治主张、支撑和展开土地革命的地位,在中共的全部工作中,显示出军事斗争由边缘向中心地位的演进;后者,第一次由建立受中共影响的军队,转向建立中共直接领导的军队,开始了创建中共领导的人民军队的进程,显示出党与军队关系由辅助向主导的演进。这两大变化和演进,结束了大革命时期党军关系的旧模式,开创了由此起步并不断丰富完善的中共党军关系新模式。八一南昌起义开始的中共党军新关系,到中共六大和古田会议基本定型,这是多方面合力推进的结果,中共中央的总结和认识不可忽视,共产国际和苏俄的影响与支持也很重要,而朱德、毛泽东、周恩来等尤其是毛泽东作出了最重要的贡献。The August I Nanchang Uprising marked the beginning of the two transformations of CPC leadership in military affairs and armed forces. It was the first time to change from military struggle up to declaration and implementation of CPC＇ s political views, support and the Agrarian Revolution. This means that the CPC military struggle moved from marginal to central position. It was also the first time to change from the establishment of an army influenced by the CPC to the construction of an army led by the CPC. This was the initial step in the process of creating a people＇ s army under the leadership of the CPC and demonstrated the evolution of the Party-Military relations. These two major changes put an end to the old-fashioned relationship mode in the Great Revolution period and replaced it with a fresh mode which was constantly improving itself. This brand-new Party-Military relation was first established during the Nanchang Uprising and came to be completed when the 6th CPC National Congress and the Gutian Congress were held. It was the result of many factors, one being the efforts of the CPC Central Committee and another the influence and support of the Comintern and the CPSU （ Communist Party of the Soviet U- nion）. But above all, it was CPC leaders like Mao Zedong, Zhu De and Zhon Enlai who made the greatest contributions.
