摘 要:《黄帝四经》是黄老之学的奠基之作。其以道为基础,"因阴阳之大顺,采儒、墨之善,摄名、法之要",对其前的中国文化进行了整合凝炼,形成"道—阴阳—文武—刑德"的治道。《黄帝四经》"隆礼重法"的治道精神彰显了理性的精神和制衡的气度,为黄老之学"隆礼重法"的治道模式的形成奠定了思想基础,同时对周齐、汉齐、汉初、唐初、明初等时代之治产生了重大影响,于当下中国科学发展和依法治国之治道实践也有重要借鉴意义。Yellow Emperor's Four Canons (or Four Classics of Huangdi) is the foundation of the study of Huangdi (Yellow Emperor) and Lao Tzu. It is based on Tao,refining Chinese culture before it and has formed a unique system of governance. "Longli Zhonghe"(emphasizing rite and law in state governance), the core of the book,presents a rational thought in check and balance and lays a solid foundation of governance for the dynasties,which is significant in China's scientific development and the practice of rule of law today.
