宫颈LEEP术联合云南白药、保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变190例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈LEEP术联合云南白药、保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效及优点。方法将190例宫颈上皮内瘤变病人随机分为LEEP术+云南白药+保妇康栓组(联治组)100例及单纯用LEEP术组(对照组)90例。比较两组治疗效果及术后并发症等情况。结果联治组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后1个月、3个月后阴道镜检查无复发。联治组术后1例宫颈管肉芽,2例宫颈管狭窄,3个月后HR—HPV检测下降明显;对照组术后2例并发宫颈管狭窄,5例宫颈管肉芽再生结节,2例宫颈粘连,3个月后HR—HPV检测下降不明显。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论宫颈LEEP术联合云南白药、保妇康栓治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变,副作用小,并发症少。Objective To investigate the efficacy and advantages of cervical LEEP surgery combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 190 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients were randomly divided into LEEP operation combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Baofukang suppository group （combined treatment Group） 100 cases and LEEP surgery group （control group） 90 cases. The treatment effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Result The cure rate of combined treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, no recurrence was found after 1 months and 3 months after treatment. In the combined treatment group, there were 1 cases of cervical canal granulation and 2 cases of cervical canal stenosis, 3 months later, the HR - HPV test decreased significantly. In control group, there were 2 cases complicated with cervical canal stenosis,5 cases of cervical canal granulation,2 cases of celvical adhesion, 3 months later, the HR - HPV detection was not significant. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cervical LEEP surgery combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia have small side effect and less complications.
