阴道镜检查在宫颈病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察阴道镜检查在宫颈病变诊断中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年2月~2016年2月住院部收治的宫颈病变患者88例,采用随机抽取的方式分为2组,每组44例。其中观察组患者给予阴道镜检查,对照组患者实施组织病理学检查,观察2组患者在不同检查后的诊断结果。结果行阴道镜检查有44例,检查结果表明慢性宫颈炎20例、宫颈癌病变前期20例、宫颈癌4例;行组织病理学检查有44例,检查结果表明宫颈炎20例、宫颈癌病变前期21例、宫颈癌3例;由此表明观察组患者应用阴道镜检查准确率97.73%,假阳性率为2.27%(P<0.05)。结论宫颈病变患者应用阴道镜检查可以迅速地判断宫颈是否出现病变,并且其定位准确,能有效地提高宫颈活检的阳性率,结合组织病理学可以提高准确率,临床上值得推广及应用。Objective Observe the colposcope examination application effect in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods Selected the inpatient treated patients from February 2014 to February 2016, 88 cases of cervical lesions in our hospital, with the method of randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 44 cases. The observation group patients give colposcope examination, the control group patients implement histopathological examination, observe two groups patients in different diagnostic results after inspection. Results There were 44 cases of colposcopy, the results showed that chronic cervicitis in 20 cases, cervical cancer in the early stage of the disease in 20 cases, cervical cancer in 4 eases;there were 44 cases of pathological examination. The results showed that there were cervicitis in 20 cases, cervical cancer in the early stage in 21 cases, cervical cancer in 3 cases; the results showed that the accuracy of colposcopy in the observation group was 97.73%, and the false positive rate was 2.27% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cervical lesions in patients with application of colposcopy examination can quickly determine whether the cervical lesions, and its positioning accuracy, can effectively improve the positive rate of cervical biopsy, combined with histopathology can improve the accuracy rate, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
