摘 要:目的探讨多形式教学方法在养老护理员培训中的应用效果。方法选取该院养老护理员培训中心2014年1~10月招收的1~10期学员278名,按国家职业技能培训中心初级养老护理员培训大纲要求对278名学员采用多形式教学方法进行培训包括理论授课、视频教学、情景模拟教学、操作演练等。培训结束后学员参加重庆市民政局组织的初级养老护理员职业资格考试,并填写教学满意度调查表。结果 278名学员考试通过率为81.3%(226/278),对课程设置、教学设施、教师授课专业性及知识全面性、教师操作规范性、视频质量、教学实用性的评价均较高,满意度达95.0%以上。结论采用多形式教学方法能使学员快速掌握养老护理员理论知识及操作技能,尽快熟悉养老护理员岗位工作。Objective To explore the application effects of multi-form teaching methods in old-age care workers training. Methods A total of 278 training students in the term 1-10 in the old-age care worker training center of our hospital from ? ? were selected and conducted the training with multi-form teaching methods, including the theory teaching, video teaching, scene simu- lation teaching, manipulation exercise, etc. After training, the training students participated in the occupational qualification tests of the primary old-age care workers organized by the Chongqing Municipality Civil Affairs Bureau and filled in the teaching satis- faction questionnaire. Results The test pass rate in 278 training students was 81.3%(226/278). The evaluation on the curricu- lum setting, teaching equipments and facilities, lecture speciality and knowledge comprehensiveness, teacher's operating normal- ization ,video quality and teaching practicability was higher, and the satisfactory degree reached more than 95.0%. Conclusion Adopting the multi- form teaching methods makes the students to quickly grasp the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of old-age care workers and to be familiar with the job of old-age care workers as soon as possible.
