摘 要:吸烟及职业暴露因素是目前较为肯定的两大膀胱癌发病危险因素。近年来,吸烟、职业暴露及芳香胺类代谢物与膀胱癌发病的关系也越来越突出。在吸烟及职业暴露因素中芳香胺类代谢物可能通过直接或经生物转化方式引起细胞DNA损伤,形成DNA加合物;而DNA加合物可能与膀胱癌发生发展密切相关。同时,当今时代个人遗传易患性与癌症的关系也越发突出,尤其是对于与膀胱癌遗传易患性有关的代谢酶及基因研究,如细胞色素P450 1A2、谷胱甘肽转硫酶、N-乙酰化转移酶、磺基转移酶等成为现如今的研究热点。Smoking and occupational exposure factors are two major risk factors for bladder cancer. In recent years,the correlation of smoking,occupational exposure and aromatic amines with the incidence of bladder cancer is also increasingly prominent. Aromatic aminies may cause DNA damage by direct or biotransformation to form DNA adducts under smoking and occupational exposure factors; and DNA adducts may be closely related to the development of bladder cancer. The relationship between individual genetic susceptibility and bladder cancer is more prominent especially,espcially for metabolic enzymes and genetic studies related to genetic susceptibility to bladder cancer,such as cytochrome P450 1A2,glutathione,N-acetyltransferase and sulfotransferase,which have become hotspots in the field nowadays.
