摘　　要：凸、凹模刃口尺寸的计算是模具设计的关键,根据凸、凹模刃口尺寸计算的数学模型,使用编程软件开发了计算器,在计算器中输入尺寸类型、制件基本尺寸、上下偏差、厚度、形状及材料参数,即可完成落料、冲孔和孔中心距尺寸计算,省去人工大量繁琐的计算,方便快捷。最后通过实际应用,详细讲解了计算器中各参数的输入方法,由计算结果可知该计算器的实用性很好。The cutting edge sizes of punches and matrixes is the key to die design. According to calculate the cutting edge sizes of punches and matrixes＂ mathematic model, using programming software to develop a calculator.Then input the dimension types of the edge, the parts basic size, the upper and lower specification limits, thickness, shape and material parameter can be worked out blanking, punching and hole center distance. It＇s save much manpower in tedious calculation, convenient and efficient. Finally, through the practical application, explained the way to input each parameter of calculator in detail, according the results we can get to know the practicability is good.
