探讨子宫内膜活检病理诊断对子宫异常出血的诊断效果

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫异常出血使用子宫内膜活检病理诊断的临床诊断作用。方法选取2014年3月—2015年3月我院接收的79例子宫异常出血患者作为研究对象,为患者提供了子宫内膜活检病理诊断;对该种诊断方式的临床应用价值进行分析。结果全部患者接受了子宫内膜活检病理诊断,共有33例器质性病变,占总数的41.77%;有16例曾有过流产史,有9例子宫内膜息肉,5例子宫肌瘤,3例宫体癌。共有31例激素水平失调,占总数的39.24%;有11例子宫内膜增殖失调,20例子宫内膜增殖症。15例在正常经期有各期内膜,占总数的18.99%;5例中月经期内膜,6例增生期内膜,4例分泌期内膜。结论子宫异常出血可以选择子宫内膜活检病理诊断,可以鉴别器质性病变导致的出血情况,和其他诊断方式联合使用还能对卵巢和全身性疾病进行诊断,提升准确度,结果更加可靠,临床中具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic role of endometrial biopsy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, 79 cases of uterine bleeding in patients receiving research, provides the pathological diagnosis of endometrial biopsy for patients, to analyze the diagnosis value of clinical application. Results All patients underwent pathologic diagnosis of endometrial biopsy, there were 33 cases of organic disease, accounting for 41.77% of the total; 16 cases had a history of abortion, 9 cases of endometrial polyps, 5 cases of uterine leiomyoma, 3 cases of endometrial cancer. A total of 31 cases of hormone imbalance, accounting for 39.24% of the total; 11 cases of endometrial hyperplasia disorders, 20 cases of endometrial hyperplasia. 15 cases had normal endometrium during the normal period, accounting for 18.99% of the total. There were 5 cases of endometrium in menstrual period, 6 cases of proliferative endometrium and 4 cases of secretory endometrium. Conclusion Abnormal uterine bleeding can choose the pathological diagnosis of endometrial biopsy can identify organic lesions caused by bleeding, and other diagnostic methods combined can diagnosis of ovarian and systemic disease, enhance the accuracy, the result is more reliable and has important significance in clinical practice.
