中药塌渍疗法和结肠灌洗在慢性乙肝肝衰竭高黄疸治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究中药塌渍疗法联合结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗治疗在慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭高黄疸治疗效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的慢性乙肝肝衰竭高黄疸患者42例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。参照组患者给予内科综合治疗加中药塌渍疗法,研究组在参照组基础上加用结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者纳差、腹胀、黄疸的缓解时间快于参照组,研究组患者TBil、PTA等指标上升幅度高于参照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠途径治疗机中药灌洗治疗在慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭高黄疸效果显著,能够明显改善临床症状以及相关指标的恢复,值得在临床工作中借鉴使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of stains collapse combined with Traditional Chinese medicine lavage therapy by colon therapy system in treating high jaundice of liver failure due to chronic hepatitis B. Methods 42 cases of patients with high jaundice of liver failure due to chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with medical treatment in control group and additional traditional Chinese medicine lavage therapy by colon therapy system based on the control group treatment in the study group, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The remission time of anorexia, abdominal distension and jaundice in study group were significantly shorter than the control group, the increase of TBil, PTA were significantly higher, and P〈0.05. Conclusion The Traditional Chinese medicine lavage therapy by colon therapy system in the treatment of high jaundice of hepatic failure due to chronic hepatitis B takes significant effective, can improve the clinical symptoms and the recovery of related indicators, and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
