高校安全工程专业应用型人才培养的探索与实践——以山东工商学院为例

摘　　要：山东工商学院安全工程专业是山东省教育厅认定的高水平应用型大学建设培育专业。通过高校安全工程专业发展外部环境以及开设安全工程专业相关高校专业发展情况的分析,本文以山东工商学院安全工程专业为例,从应用型人才培养方案、课程体系、师资团队、实验与实习实训基地、教学科学研究、社会服务等方面探讨该专业在应用型人才培养中的实践经验,并总结了山东工商学院安全工程专业应用型人才培养实效。The Safety Engineering of Shandong Technology and Business University is the cultivating major of the constructing high-level application-oriented university identified by the office of education in Shandong province.After analysis of the external development environment of university safety engineering and the development situation of universities which establish safety engineering discipline,this paper conducts a case study of safety engineering in Shandong Technology and Business University.It probes into the practical experience in applied talents cultivation of safety engineering from the aspects of training program,curriculum system,teaching staff,experiment and practical training bases,teaching and scientific research,and social services.Moreover,the authors summarize the effectiveness of applied talent cultivation of safety engineering in Shandong Technology and Business.
