摘　　要：中国是世界四大文明古国之一．五千年的悠久历史熔铸出了灿烂的华夏文明。也熔铸出了璀璨夺目的中国工艺文化。中国工艺美术是中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分．在国内外享有崇高的声誉．被世人赞誉为”罕见而神秘的工艺”。中国工艺美术．历史悠久．品类齐全，技艺精湛．风格独特。像石雕、陶器、牙雕、编织等可以追溯到原始社会时期。With the acceleration of globalization, the progress of scientific and technological revolution and the advent of the information age, it can be predicted that Chinese and Western design art will continue to exchange, complement and blend with each other, and form an open, diversified and cosmopolitan development trend. Both design art systems tread different paths that lead to the same destinations, create and will continue to create splendid human design art civilization.
