摘　　要：目的探讨血管中心型胶质瘤(AG)的临床表现及病理特点,提高对AG的诊断及治疗认识。方法回顾性分析1例AG病人的临床资料,检索国内外相关文献并进行分析。结果本例以顽固性癫为主要临床表现,行左颞叶癫病灶切除术,手术达病灶全切除,病理结果符合AG(WHOⅠ级)。术后3个月头颅MRI未见肿瘤复发迹象;脑电图偶见异常放电。临床随访8个月,病人未再出现癫发作,手术达EngleⅠ级,病人记忆力差加重,无其他手术并发症。结论 AG较罕见,但属良性肿瘤,多表现为顽固性癫,治疗应当手术切除包括肿瘤在内的致灶,术后效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features ofangiocentric glioma （AG） for improving the diagnosis and treatment of AG. Methods Clinical data of 1 AG patient was reviewed retrospectively and the related literature were retrieved and analyzed. Results Intractable epilepsy was the main clinical manifestation in this case. The lesion of the left temporal lobe was resected completely and the pathologic diagnosis was AG （WHO grade I）. No sign of tumor recurrence was observed on the MRI and abnormal discharges were seen occasionally on electroencephalogram 3 months after operation. The patient was tbllowed up for 8 months after operation and the patient did not experience seizures any more. The outcome of surgery was Engle grade 1. There were no surgical complications except for aggravating of memory loss. Conclusion AG is rare, but is a benign tumor, mostly manit^st as intractable epilepsy, surgical resection of epileptogenic foci including tumors should be performed and the postoperative outcome is satisfactory.
